Ordering

You don't need a Paypal account to order online.  You can just use Paypal to make your card payment securely. They process your card payment and will not store your details and we do not see your card details at any point. 

To place your order simply browse through our shop adding your chosen items to the shopping basket.  When you've finished just select Checkout at the Shopping Basket section.  You will be asked to provide your billing details and then re-directed to a secure site to make payment.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please select this option at Checkout.

If there are any problems with your order or you need any help or advice on ordering please do not hesitate to contact us.

Howle Green Man sculptures are not available to buy online.  Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing a stone carving.

VAT

We are not VAT registered so the prices shown in our shop listings are the prices you pay.

Delivery

Postage and packaging costs are included in the online purchase prices shown (for delivery in the UK mainland only) using Royal Mail. 

These prices also apply if you prefer to pay by cheque.

We always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of payment clearing, but please allow up to fourteen days, particularly for items which may be printed to order.

Returns & Refunds

Orders are checked before dispatch and items are carefully packaged to minimise damage but if you do discover any fault or damage on receipt of your items please notify us within 48 hours.

If you decide that you want to return items within seven days of ordering please contact us before you send them back.  Goods must be in as new condition, unopened and unused and sent back by Recorded Delivery to receive a refund.  Please note that the delivery cost of returned items is the customer's responsibilty and the original delivery charge will not be refunded. 

Privacy

We only use the information you provide to process your order and provide good customer service.  We will not pass any of your details to other companies or individuals and we will not bombard you with email promotions, etc.  We do not see or have access to any credit/debit card details which you may use to make your order payment online.
